Very bad experience

Unfortunately there is no 0 rating. Thats what I would give them. I ordered something and I was promised the date of the 27th of Dec. It is the 10th of Jan and I am still waiting. I have had 3 calls with them each promising the next day as delivery. I have found them very unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone and wish my parcel was being delivered by a different courier.
