Very bad experience

My sister had a terrible experience with Aramex. I had ordered a dress and sandals on the 1st of October 2026, in preparation for my grandmothers funeral on 10th of October, hoping that I would get my parcel during the turnaround time of 5 days. Today is the 13th of October 2026 and I am still waiting for my order. Lat week they showed on the system that it has been delivered and I havent received anything yet.
