Very bad disgusting service

I am really disgusted with Aramex couriers poor service and disgusted by the way they treat there customers, I have been waiting since yesterday for a call back for the person whom is suppose to find my package, no call as far, i am the one calling them and still no good/decent service from them, How do you run a company with people that you cannot even track with packages, and every time I call they say they will call back and never do??

what am I suppose o do, nobody is assisting me in anyway, I feel i should take this further...
