Very bad customer service from Aramex Couriers.

Had them courier documents. Recipient claims that they never received the documents. I tried to get hold of the driver, to find out exactly where the documents were delivered. Aramex just shruggs their shoulders and says it was delivered. Not interested in solving a problem that they created. I now have to reapply for the documents and will make time to go and deliver it myself. Very disappointing as I usually only use them, but that will now change.
