Very bad customer service

Getting conflicting messages around the status of my incoming parcel (# ********** 746) from Amazon. Tried to phone customer support, but just got transferred (after speaking to unfriendly lady) after holding on for about 10 minutes - then got disconnected after holding on for another 10 minutes!! Also e-mailed customer services last week already to arrange for delivery of all 3 my current expected parcels from Amazon - no response to date. Very unhappy, especially considering how much I paid for shipping.
