Very bad after sales service!!

They are great at delivering your package in good time but not very good when you have a problem.

My package was delivered broken and this query has now dragged on for two months. Calls are not being returned and the people you want to speak to is hardly available.

You also can't get hold of management!

Now I get a call back from them saying that they are not to blame for delivering a damaged item!! Shockingly bad service!!
