Very bad

I posted the parcel to my customer on the 3rd of July at Stanger pick n pay till today my customer hasn't received her parcel. When they advertise they say they deliver overnight. I and my customer haven't received a call that's tells us of what happening. Now I have to post another parcel o which its a loss to me.
