Very angry on my lost parcel

I bought a t-shirt from a business in Durban and I am in Johannesburg. It was delivered using Aramex and they sent me a picture when this was done. The parcel I received had a dress in it. The box had the waybill with my details on it...But the waybill inside with the dress had someone else's details. It is clear this was a mistake made on their side, and their lack of resolving this is disgusting. It has been 3 months since I logged a query. Someone initially contacted me, a lady called Jade Smith, but has been awol for over 2 months. I have sent countless emails and had no response. When I call the contact line nobody picks up. I am so annoyed!!!
