Utterly terrible service and long delays

Utterly appalling service and delivery. I ususally used Fedex, which runs like clockwork, but this time I had to use Aramex for a delivery. What was meant to be a 10 day delivery has been 3 weeks, with the parcel in JHB for 2 weeks so far (I am in Cape Town). Despite chasing them numerous times, it took over 10 days of continual follow ups for them to process the customs information, and now it has been another week without anything happening. Incomparably bad compared to other international shippers.
