UTTERLY HOPELESS

Completely and utterly hopeless. Can't actually believe that they have the nerve to call themselves a service. I have been waiting on my package delivery since the estimated delivery date of the 20th November 2021. First delivery attempt they went to the completely wrong address (or so they said), waited a week for them to then show up unannounced while I was at work (or again as they said, not sure if they actually even tried to deliver it). The latest update I recieved about a week ago is that they've tried to deliver the package but again to the wrong address. My address is clearly in written on the delivery notes so I'm really not sure how they can consistently get it wrong, if they are even telling the truth. Can't even get through to their call centre to actually speak to someone in person, I sit for up to 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer the call but absolutely no one feels the need to actually get up and do their job. At this point I'm not even sure if my package will ever be delivered. It's honestly completely crazy that a company like this can actually exist. Do the world a favour and close down so that no one can ever use your "SERVICE" ever again, please. One star rating is being seriously generous too.
