After almost 7 months of sending a package DIRECTLY to Ncome Correctional Services in BloodRiver Vryheid, Aramex have now decided to just leave my parcel at Postnet Vryheid with no prior information as to where this parcel is or that there is a surcharge of R192 to deliver. When I called their Aramex offices 3 times they told me it was delivered to the Correctional Services. However Postnet in Vryheid has it and they charge an additional fee of R192 to deliver to the Correctional Services, This is a *******. Why have we not been informed of this if it was always the policy. Aramex have always delivered to the correctional services no charge (STORE TO DOOR) and now there is a policy of not delivering to these areas, This is ridiculous and frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As for their website.. the tracking information says its in Ladysmith.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I SEND A PACKAGE WITH THIS COMPANY. NEVER RECOMMEND EITHER.
