Utmost pathetic service through Aramex couriers

This is by far the worst courier service I have come across. It is now 2 weeks since a parcel was sent to me. If you are so lucky to find their online tracking site to work you are met by the sme message...."processing". What? Does itvtake 2 weeks to process a little parcel? I have amazing results with other couriers where they state that it will take 5 days to deliver, but the very next day it arrives. I honestly do not know how Aramex can still be in business with this pathetic service. Please note that this can not be blamed on the long weekends....as I orderred a product before and Aramex was the courier, where it also took over 2 weeks to deliver a parcel. The distance is about 40 km....I could have my product faster if I crawled to collect it myself. Really, pull up your socks Aramex. This is beyond pathetic.
