USELESS/TERRIBLE SERVICE

Terrible service....Used them to send out masks that is ESSENTIAL to my clients that needs to work but my clients are still waiting for the parcels to be delivered. Some was sent on the 21/04/2020 and 26/04/2020 and 29th and 30th of April and still not delivered. And their excuse is that due to COVID-19 the courier company are short staffed. I am using The Courier Guy now and I have had NO ISSUES so I do not understand what the issue is.SHORT AND SWEET----DON'T USE ARAMEX...
