USELESS UNRELIABLE ARAMEX

1. Aramex delayed in processing my shipments for 3 weeks since my parcels arrived in South Africa. 2. Eventually, parcels were processed at customs, and EXORBITANT duties levied - both parcels were similar in nature yet duties on second parcel was FIVE TIMES MORE than on first parcel - how does this happen?? 3. I requested a customs worksheet to understand how the duties were levied - absolutely no response from Aramex. 4. I called their offices numerous times - the first time I was told that the consultant who answered the call wasn't able to help me - SO WHY DO YOU WORK THERE??? - he then put me on hold and after being on hold for over five minutes I hung up. 5. I tried calling back several times after, there is no answer. ARAMEX IS USELESS AND UNRELIABLE. My sister ordered an international parcel through DHL AFTER my orders were placed and she received her parcel within the week despite all the April public holidays in between. OPT FOR DHL RATHER, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ARAMEX.
