Useless system

Very poor service I get from them whenever I have to courier something I struggle, the online portal is useless not to mention the app it hardly works I need to courier something to Free State and it needs to get there by Friday but I have been getting system issues the whole of today. I went to pick n pay they told me they don't have the waybill I dnt know how I'm going to do it can someone assist me quick as this is urgent
