Useless service, useless staff.

I have had a shipment with aramex now for 3 weeks. They are the most useless company I have ever dealt with.

I have been waiting for more than a week for Olivia or Vusi to give me an update without a single response.

I have spoken to Sifiso yesterday and to another lady again today and nobody seems to be able to assist.

Sifiso was supposed to phone me back when she returned from lunch, that never happened. I sent her everything she required yesterday already and yet she hasn't loaded anything on the system since yesterday.

I spoke to another lady at aramex that told me to speak to Langton...I can't get hold of Langton or anyone at the airport. I've been on hold for 20min. Do you only work until 4pm?

Both Olivia and Vusi are apparently not at work.

This package has been with aramex for 3 weeks, this is unacceptable and by far the worst service I have ever received from a courier.

I have asked multiple times to load the vat duties so that I can make payment.

Please give me the contact details of Langton's superior.

I will not wait until next week for this shipment, this is costing me a massive loss of revenue to our business as a result. I will collect the shipment myself if I have to but I refuse to wait until next week. Last week I was told I will receive the shipment this week. This week I'm being told next week, this is pathetic.
