USELESS SERVICE! Still no parcel!!!!

USELESS! I have used them before and was fairly satisfied with their service. This time it took them four days to get the parcel to me and guess what??? I still do not have it. Now we are in lockdown and it was a URGENT parcel. I now have to spend more money to receive the same product from another courier company because Amarex is too useless to deliver on time! Will NEVER use the again. I want a refund!!!!!!!
