USELESS SERVICE FROM ARAMEX

I have been waiting for a delivery for two weeks now which they state that they had tried to deliver and yet I never received any call from the driver or any other information to say that they were in my area. I have called numerous times and also filled in their online complaint and to date my delivery is still "Out for Delivery", even today since 07:18. Their offices are not even far from the address that i gave them to deliver. The staff is unhelpful and simply pass you on to another person that says that they have escalated the matter. To date I still have not received any feedback from them.
