Useless service. Do not use Aramex

I wish I could give a zero star rating in this one. Aramex is most useless courier I’ve ever had to deal with and I deal with couriers on a daily basis. When the driver is too lazy to deliver all their parcels they just post a comment stating delivery attempt failed as no one was there. Is has happened twice already on the same parcel and I have been on the premises the whole time waiting but they don’t even pitch up. To try get hold of anyone who works at the company is an absolute disaster, it’s as if they have no employees.
