Useless service

I paid my taxes for my Shein package to Aramex on 14 May already. Proof of payment was sent 3 times already and still no package received. When I call they say accounts will call me back, but nobody does. Now I receive mails demanding payment of the taxes again or my package will be returned to Shein. I am so frustrated as just nobody assists you. Useless
