Useless service

Last week a parcel was sent to me, for some odd reason your driver couldn't get it delivered. My numbers were "mistakenly" captured as 083 instead of 082. I have been tweeting and calling, nobody, i mean nobody, knows where my parcel is because your driver stole it and didn't update the manifest as well. Levy who promised to get my parcel to me hasn't even bothered to call. He promised me a Saturday delivery which never even materialised. Your call centre is beyond useless and the twitter team pathetic. Is it really difficult to get a parcel delivered? I will never ever use your services again!
