Useless service

They can just not give a proper service. They always gets the send and deliveire wrong. The worst courier company in RSA to deal with. If i must get a 1.7/5 rating in my industry i will be out of business. How can people still use a company with a 1.7/5 rating. Had enoiugh of there poor service.
