Useless Inefficient Company!!!

First time using this ****py service, I have never been disappointed like this. This company fails to deliver a parcel to local area?? A delivery from Diepkloof to Katlehong takes years. The call center agents are the most unhelpful. This parcel was drop boxed on the 26th of May, it is the 3rd of June still no delivery. One agent even promised to send the recipient a message to say they have the parcel and it is on route, but that was never done. I guess it was just to brush me off

Dear Aramex No Delivery Please send me the details of where parcel DBP ********** 8705 is and I will collect it. You failed! Not sure why you promise people efficient service when all you provide is expenses. USELESS!!!!
