Useless delivery service with useless customer care! They don't care!

The most useful call centre with the worst customer service! My parcel was sitting at the ORTIA sorting facility for 5 days without anyone bothering to resolve this and I consistently have to phone their customer services who says they are escalating my parcel!!! a whole two weeks to get a parcel... this is even worse then the SAPO!!!! and no one cares!!!!!
