Useless Delivery Company

Useless and sucks money out of people... Tomorrow it's going to mark a month while waiting for my parcel. It was held in customs from the 10th of March, they asked for documents which I provided them with, now they want me to pay R160 for them to inspect my parcel. 1stly, I did not ask for my parcel to be inspected, why should I be the one paying for something I did not ask for? When I call I am put on hold for over 30 minutes and never get help. Why should my a parcel be inspected at my cost?
