Useless courier shipping company

I thought by using aramex global shopper I would pay less for my packages, but what a bunch of *******. They REFUSE to wait to receive all your packages shipped to same address, and overcharge you heavily on customs duties and weight of packages. For instance, I had 2 packages delivered to the same Aramex new york address, but they refused to send them as one package, which resulted in being charged over R400 for one and R300 for another package.

Their delivery times is really pathetic. I think it is really faster sending it normal post than waiting for aramex. My package has been custom cleared on 31/07 and still nothing has been delivered to me.

Rather pay DHL or other shipping company to take deliver your packages.
