Useless courier service ever

Why in the world will somebody use aramex, i only hve bad experience with aramex no head office to contact. No one knows where my package is, its been 5 days. Why will you travel from JHB to Nelspruit, if i stay in Secunda. Jhb to Secunda 90mins, Jhb to Nelspruit 5 hours. That is plain stupid. Aramex you know how to disappoint everytime. Shame on you
