Useless Courier Service

The WORST courier company, please refrain from using Aramex, customer services are rude an unhelpful, you get a notification to say your parcel will be delivered on that day, you make provisions to be available and they just don't show up, call centre does not answer and when they do, they cut the call, honestly PATHETIC!
