Useless Courier Company All In All

I had an item shipped from the US in December. I have had to contact these people a number of times to ascertain the exact location of the item. If at any stage something goes awry with your parcel you're *****ed when it comes to getting a reasonable response from Aramex. They pass you from one person to the next to the next without ever providing a solution or outcome. They promise to get back to you which never happens. Long story short they lost my package and have basically washed their hands of it. Probably the most *********** courier company you could deal with. They're cheap for a reason, because they're useless if everything doesn't run smoothly. Their ratings on here are all the proof you need and they don't even respond to these complaints because don't give a .......
