Useless Courier

You are really trying my ****** ****en patience now. I sent a parcel to Mafikeng to Brits in the 29th and to be told that it's with a third party and will be delivered on Monday the 06th May 2019 only to be told by my customer that the ****** item she was supposed to have used by Saturday has not been delivered. This is the 3rd time Aramex behaves this useless.

I did not send my item via a 3rd party but with Aramex. I need that parcel urgently. I called your ****en head office and the lady who answered assured me that the ****** dress will be delivered today. Where is my ****** ****en item.....
