USELESS COMPANY

its day 10 now waiting for a parcel that was meant to be delivered between 1-3 days. everyday i get told the parcel is out for delivery yet it never arrives. i have been following up with them daily and get **** to every single day. I have even REQUESTED that i come collect the damn thing myself because they are unable to fulfil this on their side but guess what thats too much for them too... 10 FREAKING DAYS HOW???? ****** PATHETIC!!!!!
