Useless company

I don’t even know why companies still use Aramex, their service has gone from bad to worse over the years, I’ve had my daughter Christmas clothes in transit for almost 30 days now, I’m calling and writing emails everyday with no response 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡
