Useless Chat service

Today around 11AM i was called by a delivery driver saying that he was outside my residence and i must come collect my package, i walked outside to no one in site. I called the number again to find that we was in a completely different suburb. He informed me he will deliver it to the correct driver and that i will get my package later. At 5PM i still had heard nothing, so i went over to the website to contact someone at Aramex to find out what is happening, only to find a chatbot and no contact number on the official website. I decided to give the "chat to a representative" option and was told to wait until one became available. after 30 minutes i received a message informing me the queue times are long due to high chat volumes. I have now had the chat open for 4 hours without a response. I still have no idea where my package is or if I'm even going to get it delivered. Terrible service.
