Useless Chance takers

Useless staff. Stay away. I have battled to receive my parcel, initially the parcel had to be returned to the sender because they mishandled the parcel. The second time around my parcel was sent through them again and was scheduled to arrive on Tuesday, 10 July 2019. The didn’t even have the courtesy to inform me that they are no longer delivering, yet they updated the status to Attempted delivery. I have contacted their useless call center which is in Durban handling queries for Joburg, none of them have the integrity to stick to their words, I have been promised that I will called and never called back, it’s on the 12th yet I still don’t have my parcel. Eventually the idiot of a drive calls and says he had arrived to delivery but couldn’t get hold of - yet he couldn’t confirm the contact numbers he called. My parcel has an alternate contact Incase I am unavailable, it is never possible to not get hold of two people. Their promise of speedy and safe delivery is a smoke.
