Useless Aramex

My parcel was at Cape Town for 5 days. Every day the tracking showed " Out for delivery". I phoned them and got told that Aramex don't deliver in my area. What and who did i pay for delivery then? Amazon was kind enough to short it out quickly. Please put a - 10 in the rating cuz that is what Aramex is!!
