Useless ARAMEX

If it is possible to give less than one star and wish a company out of existence I would do so. Aramex is utterly useless and with NO, and I mean NO, support. Send two parcel over the last two weeks with both still sitting in their tracking system and not moving out of Cape Town. No one at Aramex can explain or give reasons if fixes other than specualting that it must be incomplete documenation supp****. How the %%# if all we did was compelte their online forms. Now trying to get the parcels back, but again no way of doing so. ^%$# useless. They are investigating for the past week, with no update or resolution, and not ticket system for enquiries or issues. Every time you contact them the process starts all over. USELESS COMPANY. Stay away.
