Useless and rude company

RUDE AND USELESS COURIER SERVICES, Why on earth would you give a client a tracking number if you can't track your parcel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anandi at the end of the phone line is representing Aramex but she is not suppose to work with customers....I am sorry, she was of no help she only elevated my blood pressure, no straight answer of where the package is, only maybe it will be....or maybe that day, Why do you give a tracking number to someone, I really thought they can clear out the problem with facts , how do they do not even know when the packages will be at JHB depot???She can not even tell me that! Useless !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
