Useless and pathetic!

My shipment reached SA on the 15th of December. After trying for several days to contact Aramex I was eventually told I need to pay import duties (which I was aware of). I was then charged more on import duties than the price of the items purchased (double the normal duty amount). I asked for a review of the charges and no one had gotten back to me. After continuously asking for the review I was then sent the same charges with no explanation. At this point I was extremely frustrated and paid the ridiculous charges as I needed my shipment. HAHA this turned out to be the biggest joke as my shipment has still not moved even after I paid the exorbitant customs duties. Aramex is just *********** and extremely extremely unhelpful. So after several weeks of no one answering the phone, no email replies and no explanation on the ridiculous charges I still not received a review on the charges and have still not received my shipment since the 15th of December
