Useless and no care or sense of urgency

The absolute worst courier company there is!!! I have been waiting for a whole week for them to provide me with an invoice to pay for customs clearance and to date nothing!!! Nthombi advised that a team leader will call me and also nothing... extremely frustrating and they just don’t seem to care!!! I am literally so fed up with their lack of urgency...
