Useless and cannot contact their support to find out why there are delays

Don't bother with Aramex as you'll never get service when you need it. If you call their call center, you'll wait on hold for 10 minutes, listening to their stupid music and them brag about themselves, but the call will always cut after 10 minutes, before you can actually speak to someone. It's happened to me more than 10 times already. Do yourselves a favor and save your airtime, use that extra money and use DHL, at least they have some sort of customer service.
