Useless all around

Useless all round! From their customer service,to their call center and their drivers. The courier delivery person allows someone who isn't me to take my parcel instead of requesting and ID. The call center keeps me on hold for over 5 mins and to top it all off, my parcel has been sitting at their Jo'burg depot since 21 December. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! THEIR SERVICE STINKS!!!!!!!!!!!
