Poor, poor show by Khangwelo Netshisaulu from Aramex. So very quick to send an email for customs that is payable to release goods but after payment was made, proof of payment sent and several follows ups, no response from Khangwelo. After calling to track the parcel, I was informed that the system still reflected payment outstanding and that Khangwelo had not updated on the payment. USELESS
