Use to be better

Received a parcel that was delivered by Aramex. Signed up for notifications for the delivery but received no email or sms. Not even on the day of delivery to say the parcel will be delivered that day. Use to other delivery companies atleast sending out a delivery notice email or sms. Not what I expected from an international company.
