Use MDS Collivery instead. Aramex service has gone down the drain.

This business is going down the drain!!! I use to rely on them for everything, including our business delivery's. Safe to say these experiences are enough to put me of and use someone else for personal and business related delivery's. I usually use MDS Collivery for outlying areas, they always get it done in two days and not the 3 days as stated. I sent a package with aramex earlier this week. Today is the third day "Final day" waiting for it to be delivered, phoned them and the service I got was shocking. The package is not even scheduled to be delivered today so it takes them about a week to do something even though my parcel is at their facility long ago. The lady did not take my complaint seriously and basically just continued to say there's nothing she can do about it. So disappointed. Now I have to hope and pray that my package is actually delivered in one piece with these couriers and it being left over the weekend. I will never use or recommend aramex to anyone. I will be requesting all current suppliers who ship to our company to not use aramex as I don't regard them as a company that can deliver what they promise. Abysmal.
