Use aramex at your own perril.

I sent a package with Aramex on the 03 of March 2022 and it was confirmed and Scanned in at the Aramex Pretoria office .I have been following up with them since the package took longer to get delivered .They gave me a run around only to lie to me that they had called the sender and had advised me that the packed had been lost and they will not be held liable or responsible for the loss of a package that went missing in their custody.I have been using aramex since 2014 and i am so disappointed and will be opening a theft case with the police as this was lost after it got scanned and was received at their facility.
