Urgent parcel delivered even before committed time

A parcel had been sent from George via economy, so was only due to be delivered today (Friday) or Monday. <br> <br> I urgently needed the parcel today. Tsholofelo tracked down the parcel at the depot, and ensured it was delivered to the final pick up point. She called me back to tell me it would be there by 14h00. <br> <br> It arrived at 12h00. I called at 10h00.<br> <br> I am very grateful for her assistance, she was polite, helpful, called back asap as she said she would, and delivered everything she said she would, in the parcel and her commitment.
