Urgent package

I was at home all of a sudden a text with attempted delivery no phone call from your driver no nothing. Clothes were to be used this morning a suit for my late uncle that we are burying. Tried reaching out to them I was on the phone for 2 hours without help. I'm ve really stopped using your services with courier guy I don't get these problems. Aramex has become big headed.
