Dear Aramex South Africa Customer Service,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the non-delivery of my parcel with tracking number DBW***. The parcel was sent from Cape Town to EMZAR Workshop in Lusikisiki on December 18, 2023.

According to the tracking information, my parcel has been stuck at the Durban Warehouse since December 20, 2023. This delay is completely unacceptable, especially considering the urgency of the contents within the parcel. I sent the parcel with the intention of receiving it at my home in Lusikisiki by December 24, 2023, as I needed to address issues with my tractor located in the fields, where it is susceptible to damage.

To make matters worse, I have already incurred additional expenses by hiring someone at a cost of R200 per day to look after the tractor until the parcel arrives. It is imperative that the parcel is delivered tomorrow to avoid further financial losses on my part.

I find it extremely disappointing that Aramex South Africa provided a delivery timeframe of 96 hours, only to have the parcel delayed and stranded in the Durban Warehouse for an extended period. This not only contradicts the promised service but also reflects a lack of organisation and disregard for customer satisfaction.

If Aramex South Africa cannot meet the specified delivery timeframes, customers should be informed accordingly, preventing false expectations.

I demand an immediate investigation into the status of my parcel and request that all necessary measures be taken to ensure its swift delivery to my address in Lusikisiki. Moreover, I kindly request compensation for the additional expenses incurred due to the delayed delivery, including the cost of hiring someone to oversee the tractor.

I trust that Aramex South Africa will address this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves, and I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.
