URGENT – Aramex Delivered Parcel to Incorrect Address Despite 3 Confirmations

I am extremely frustrated with the handling of my parcel (Tracking Number: E***).

I initially provided the incorrect delivery address, and after noticing a potential issue I phoned Aramex three separate times to confirm and correct the address before delivery. I was assured that the correct address was noted.

Despite this, the parcel was still delivered to the incorrect address.

I now urgently need this parcel by close of business today, but I have been unable to reach anyone who can assist or escalate the issue.

This situation could have been easily avoided, as the correct address was confirmed multiple times prior to delivery.

I urgently request that Aramex: • Confirm where the parcel was delivered • Contact the driver immediately • Arrange urgent retrieval and delivery to the correct address today

Please escalate this to the relevant depot manager as a matter of urgency.
