Upset about overnight delivery not done!

I am honestly the so upset.. I sent 4 shipments with Aramex overnight, I can see that it left Cape Town and was on an evening flight but nothing was delivered the next day! I paid so much money to get my shipments to JHB, Pretoria and Durban to be delivered to my clients the following day but still, 3 days later no communication no calls nothing.. I tried calling them, whatsapping them, chatting to the bot on the website, nothing! No responses! This is honestly pathetic!
